Ashley Eagle

Ashley is a north Florida native but has lived in south Florida for over ten years. She holds a BA in English Literature from University of Central Florida and obtained her J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law. During law school, Ashley received Dean’s List recognition and participated in her school’s International Moot Court team. After law school, Ashley passed the bar exam on her first try and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

Ashley began practicing civil litigation to protect individuals who were facing wrongful foreclosures on their homes, in both federal and state courts. Ashley expanded her practice to include representing those who have been injured because of another’s negligence. Ashley spent three years defending civil litigation cases and now brings the unique experience of working cases from both sides.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, practicing Pilates, and reading historical fiction.
