On August 2nd, Keller Swan Injury Attorneys proudly hosted their second annual Project Backpack event at their Jupiter office, donating 300 fully stocked backpacks to school students across South Florida.
Originally launched in August 2024, Project Backpack was created to support local students as they return to school. The program was initially carried out in partnership with the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, Timber Trace Elementary School, El Sol Community Center, and Jupiter Farms Elementary School.

This year’s event continued to grow in reach and impact. The event featured food trucks which provided free meals to the first 100 kids, a bounce house, face painting, a raffle and a silent disco. Local partners such as the Jupiter Police Department, Live Like Jake Foundation, Hammy the Hammerhead of Roger Dean Stadium, and others helped create a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
“Our mission at Keller Swan is not only to serve our clients but also to give back to the community,” said Christopher Keller, Founder and Managing Partner of Keller Swan Injury Attorneys. “We were thrilled with the turnout in 2024 and even more so this year, welcoming hundreds of families for a day filled with giving, fun, and community spirit.”

Each backpack handed out was filled with essential school supplies including notebooks, folders, supply pouches, pencils, scissors, glue sticks, erasers, and a safety information card—carefully selected to help students start the school year prepared and confident.
Blake Swan, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, added, “At Keller Swan, we are committed to creating opportunities for students to thrive. Providing these backpacks filled with essential supplies was a meaningful way for us to contribute to their success and empower them in their educational journey.”

As part of the back-to-school initiative, the firm also reserved a portion of their backpacks to partner with the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, an organization that connects public schools, the private sector, and the community to support student achievement, ensuring that even more local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed.
Beyond Project Backpack, Keller Swan Injury Attorneys continues to demonstrate its commitment to education and community through initiatives such as the Seize the Day Scholarship, supporting local students pursuing higher education, and the firm’s internship program for law students, offering hands-on experience and mentorship.

Project Backpack remains a signature example of Keller Swan’s dedication to making a meaningful difference in Jupiter and the surrounding communities.
