Steven Hurwitz

Steven has over 30 years of Human Resources and Operations experience. Over the past 20 years he has served as an HR executive to Starbucks Coffee, Seattle Children’s Hospital, 98point6, and most recently the Healthcare District of Palm Beach County. During these Executive assignments Steven led teams as a servant leader ranging from 18 employees to over 350 employees. Steven provided invaluable coaching and guidance to the CEO’s that he reported to and to his senior level peers. Steven led best practice changes within each of his responsible areas, examples include, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Supply Chain, Security, Marketing and Communications.

Steven began his own consulting business in late 2022 as SGH Associates LLC. His business focuses on HR and General Business Consulting and he is proud of the positive changes that his clients achieve.

Steven lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Barbra and has two children.
